This intimate, day-long Women’s Gathering will guide you through Energetic, Somatic, and Shamanically based practices designed to help you take a “leap” into the most authentic, deeply rooted version of YOU.
Throughout the day, we will explore practices that nourish the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and awaken inner wisdom.

• Gentle, supportive practices to regulate your nervous system
• Sound Healing and Reiki Circle
• A customized Guided Meditation aligned with the energies of the season to optimize rejuvenation and renewal
• Shamanic Journeying & Breathwork to help “retrieve” what you most need at this time
• Asana & Somatic movement for grounding and embodiment
• Talking Stick Circle — a sacred space to speak from your heart and be witnessed without interruption or judgment
• 🌕 Birthing Project: Deer Hide Shamanic Rattle Creation — You’ll take part in a ceremonial “birthing” of your own rattle, made from sacred deer hide. As you shape, fill, and seal your rattle, you infuse it with personal intentions, prayers, and energy.
Your rattle becomes a sacred tool of transformation — used to clear energy, call in your guides, awaken your voice, and deepen your connection to Spirit. It serves as a tangible reminder of your power, your truth, and the sound of your soul.
A light lunch will be provided, with short comfort breaks throughout the day.
